This intermediate level camp is to accommodate skiers who are beyond ski touring basics but not quite ready to take on the Advanced Ski Touring courses. This two or three day course in Revelstoke Mountain Resort’s slack country aims to reinforce your existing skill-set, boost your backcountry confidence and facilitate a network of like-minded females

Skill Level:

• Confident and proficient downhill skier, comfortable in varying conditions and terrain

• Limited experience in the backcountry 

  i.e. Ski toured a handful of times (5+ times) over the last two winters

• Comfortable with doing 600m elevation gain in a day

• Comfortable using touring equipment in the backcountry with the guidance of an experienced leader

• Desire to increase backcountry abilities, knowledge and confidence to become a knowledgeable team member and reliable backcountry decision maker
