STANCE Coaching brings you long time ski coach Sydney Badger. Sydney’s impressive list of accreditations doesn’t stop with 16 years of teaching skiing. Syd also is a CADS Adaptive Instructor, has an undergraduate degree in Outdoor Leadership & Experiential Learning, is currently working on a Masters in Counselling, and is training to be a Somatic Experience Practitioner.

In this talk, Sydney will address how your nervous system helps or inhibits your ability to tackle your goals in skiing. She will break down technical skills on & off the mountain to ultimately help you understand how to move forward wherever you are at. She will draw elements from her experience as a coach and pair them with her training as a counsellor to give you a holistic picture of how the mind & body are intertwined when it comes to skiing.
