Our new STANCE Mindset Coaching series is a monthly group workshop series where each month we’ll delve into a new topic exploring the link between skiing and the mind. Led by Registered Clinical Counsellor Sydney Badger, this program will give you the tools to progress deeper into skiing and the self.
